After amalgamation of Baroda Rajasthan Gramin Bank (Sponsored by Bank of Baroda), Rajasthan Gramin Bank (Sponsored by Punjab National Bank) and Hadoti Kshetriya Gramin Bank (Sponsored by Central Bank of India) on 01.01.2013 the new bank formed in current entity as “Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank” sponsored by Bank of Baroda. This bank is a joint venture of Government of India, Government of Rajasthan and Bank of Baroda in 50:15:35 ratio respectively.
